Architected end-to-end integration of SAP S/4HANA FI/CO, Workday HCM, and enterprise reporting to create unified workforce and financial intelligence. Designed integrated data model across ERP postings, cost center hierarchies, payroll structures, and Workday workforce entities, eliminating cross-system reconciliation effort. Implemented reusable SQL transformation layers with validation and reconciliation logic between ERP and HCM. Delivered automated personnel cost planning with scenario-based simulations, driver-based workforce forecasting aligned to planning cycles, and variance analytics for budget/forecast/actual personnel costs. Implemented predictive attrition indicators, ESG-aligned workforce analytics structures for CSRD readiness, and governance-aligned KPI definitions for executive and works council reporting.

Embedded within the Finance function to transform manual, fragmented reporting into an automated, governance-driven intelligence platform. Established GL vs. subledger reconciliation investigation framework and baseline data quality standards, including asset completeness checks. Designed and implemented a structured transformation approach: created a Data Reporting Audit Log, mapped the reporting landscape, prioritized automation and Power BI migration targets, and reduced Excel/PPT dependency in FP&A workflows. Introduced Power BI architecture aligned to SAP/Salesforce/Oracle structures, including report ownership, governance documentation, and data lineage standards. Set up Jira-based transformation governance and proposed an FP&A communication & transformation hub aligning Finance, IT, and business stakeholders.

Delivered concurrent freelance projects migrating controlling/finance/workforce operations from spreadsheet-driven workflows to structured, automated analytics architectures. Built dimensional Power BI architectures with audit traceability, created cost center profitability and revenue impact simulation frameworks, and implemented rolling forecast automation. Delivered working capital and liquidity monitoring dashboards aligned with CFO-level KPIs. Built automated ETL pipelines integrating ERP exports, CRM systems, and financial data warehouses. Developed ML models for capacity and hiring demand forecasting, retention signal detection models, and scenario-based headcount planning with sensitivity analysis. Implemented workflow automation bots integrating CRM and messaging APIs, including scheduled reporting agents and anomaly alert systems to reduce manual effort.
