Partnered with acquisitions and dispositions leadership to execute industrial transactions nationwide and parts of Europe. Sourced and evaluated acquisition and joint venture opportunities via brokers and off-market channels, working with the VP to identify potential properties for underwriting. Helped prepare and review deal memos with VP and market leaders for approvals, supported diligence with legal teams, debt providers, surveyors, and property managers, and contributed to full disposition processes including marketing, offer negotiation, internal approvals, deal materials, and closings. Assisted in the ongoing sale of a 17-million-square-foot portfolio; contributed to closings totaling 8 million square feet in acquisitions and 13 million square feet in sales.

Performed deal qualification through cash flow and debt yield analysis for opportunities presented to the group in the $25M–$65M range, focused on acquisition or development financing of multifamily, office, industrial, and self-storage properties across the US. Researched market data (trends, rents, supply) using CoStar for underwriting purposes. Built pitch books for current and prospective clients; prepared full underwriting packages for investment committee presentation with support from analysts. Identified cross-sell opportunities to syndicate or participate out portions of debt and assisted with portfolio management and compliance for a $2B portfolio. Underwrote and closed $500M+ in development and acquisition financing during 2022.
