Led a team of 7 Flutter developers on the myFirst mobile app (100K+ downloads), driving feature development and architectural improvements while mentoring through code reviews and pair programming to ensure scalability and app stability. Designed a custom WiFi-hotspot protocol to pair the app with an in-house camera device, enabling real-time relayed edited photo grids from phone to hardware with City hash-based integrity checks for data verification. Built custom Flutter method channels in Swift and Kotlin to bridge native iOS/Android functionality (including integrity hashing) where no Flutter packages existed. Built CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments and accelerate release cycles for reliable rollouts. Built an Instagram-style social module from the ground up (feed, posts, voice-message commenting) with an offline-first caching architecture from data model to UI, enabling browsing and queueing actions without connectivity.

Led a team of 4 developers, establishing coding standards and workflows to improve code quality and reduce production bugs. Designed and shipped a Zoom-like video meeting module using GetStream for direct investor-founder connectivity through the platform. Architected a scalable Flutter codebase using MVVM patterns to support feature growth without major refactors. Built a real-time chat module on Firebase, including data model, message pagination, read receipts, and presence indicators for live conversations at scale. Built a stock trading interface with real-time price feeds, portfolio tracking, and order placement flows (payment trails intentionally excluded for regulatory reasons).

Developed and maintained cross-platform applications using Flutter and Dart, delivering high-performance apps for iOS/Android. Built the company’s PayFort payment system end-to-end by designing a Django/Python REST backend and integrating it with the Flutter client to handle secure transactions, tokenization, and webhook callbacks. Integrated REST APIs and third-party services (Firebase, Apple Pay, Max Media) for real-time data syncing, authentication, and payment processing. Optimized app performance through state management refactors and built advanced features including push notifications, geolocation, and offline storage.
