Enhanced the Master’s CAWEB website UI by implementing a more dynamic and consistent interface that is more appealing to prospective candidates. Created social media design assets and templates to promote the program online, resulting in over 200 new student applications.
Developed a new version of Web Surg by improving user experience, bringing over 50,000 new users to the platform. Collaborated with multiple teams to create internal and external digital tools, improving worker productivity and user satisfaction. Established a consistent brand identity and UI by developing style guides, brand guidelines, and WordPress themes for IRCAD Taiwan and IRCAD India.
