Designed and deployed a full-stack SaaS platform integrating AI-assisted clinical note generation powered by a self-hosted, open-source LLM (Llama) to keep patient data on-premises, along with digital scheduling and patient record workflows. Implemented Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to secure distinct workflows for receptionists, doctors, and administrators, enabling role-appropriate AI agent access. Reduced scheduling errors and patient wait times by automating reminders and centralizing records, using data to demonstrate operational efficiency improvements.

Designed and launched a full-stack SaaS platform for digital appointment scheduling, patient record management, and clinical note generation. Implemented role-based access control for receptionists (registration and scheduling), doctors (history and digital notes), and administrators (staff management and dashboards). Reduced scheduling errors and patient wait times by replacing paper-based workflows with automated reminders and centralized digital records. Achieved DPIIT certification and Startup India approval for government-recognized startup status.

Identified actionable ML use cases from iCargo logistics data, prepared business cases, and secured stakeholder approval for end-to-end model development. Trained and fine-tuned ML models to improve cargo management decision-making and operational intelligence across enterprise workflows.
