Designed UX for complex SaaS workflows through cross-functional stakeholder collaboration, user research, usability testing, UX debt analysis, and information architecture, supported by rapid AI-assisted prototyping and data-informed decisions. Key designer for Adesy Design System supporting 7+ enterprise SaaS products; defined the first style foundation and shared patterns across products (e.g., navigation, cookie consent flows, login screens). Built scalable token architecture and reusable UI components in close collaboration with developers, maintaining consistency via regular UI quality reviews. Led design system adoption and trained 10+ designers across 7+ products on foundations, unified structure, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA), and dev-design collaboration best practices. Experimented with AI tools (Claude, Figma MCP, GitHub Copilot, etc.) to improve design workflow and prototyping; shared learnings with the broader design community.

Guided and led a team of 4 people following UNIQLO’s design system guidelines. Continuously tested, provided feedback, and participated in sprint collaboration during the urgent launch of the app. Contributed to global e-commerce sales growth despite COVID-19 conditions through design system-aligned delivery and ongoing quality feedback loops.

Worked with the marketing team to design social, brand, and marketing materials. Consulted and built WordPress websites. Improved sales and website/FB performance and increased awareness across multiple brands through design and marketing asset delivery.
