Architected and guided implementation for Verification of Payee (VoP) services for European SEPA payments and Confirmation of Payee (CoP) for UK Pay.UK. Covered end-to-end solution decisions: AWS/Kubernetes infrastructure, API and scheme integration design, security, observability, and operations under regulated banking constraints. Hardened an existing microservice platform by reviewing and improving APIs, integrations, security posture, and operational readiness. Delivered environment changes and repeatable deployments using Terraform and Ansible, focusing on IAM/secret hygiene and alignment across distributed teams. Provided hands-on prototyping and code-level guidance when required, along with architecture governance artifacts such as decision records, integration contracts, and threat models.

Architected and modernized a large-scale clinical trial management system in a regulated environment. Led cloud integration strategies using AWS services, Terraform, CloudFormation, and Jenkins pipelines, and designed robust multi-node deployment architectures for third-party tools such as Qlik Sense to improve reliability and scalability. Participated in decomposing a legacy Java EE monolith into microservices by identifying domain boundaries, drafting integration contracts and anti-corruption layers, and delivering small proof-of-concept services to validate patterns. Documented and supported on-prem to AWS transition practices across teams, contributing CI/CD and IaC components for pilot environments and migration runbooks (including IAM/secret management and lift-and-shift considerations).

Developed and maintained scalable Java-based microservices for Ericsson’s IoT Accelerator platform. Built Kafka-based event pipelines (Kafka Streams plus producers/consumers) deployed on Docker/OpenShift to support near real-time lifecycle management of IoT devices at scale. Contributed to operationalized event-driven backend functionality running in containerized environments.
