Solves order-related stock problems, including reallocating or creating additional stock to release pending/open orders and contacting the sales team to resolve order issues. Assists with customer service and supports staff with order posting and resolving stock inconsistencies within the company computer program by providing additional stock or alternative items. Operates a forklift to move palletized stock products and communicates concerns, issues, or ideas to the Warehouse Manager. Also helps staff troubleshoot order and inventory problems to ensure orders are completed.
