Built from scratch a secure Active Sync sync client in pure TypeScript, including a custom WBXML encoder/decoder against MS-A SWBXML specs (no usable NPM package available). Powered on-device synchronization for corporate email, calendar, contacts, and tasks. Designed a DRM-backed secure document viewer: DRM decryption stays in memory, screenshots are blocked, per-session watermarks are rendered, and keys reside in hardware-backed keystore via native iOS/Android modules. Added end-to-end encryption and biometric authentication (Touch ID / Face ID / biometric prompts). Led the mobile team from kickoff to MVP in ~6 months and continued through follow-up releases alongside backend and security.
