August 1, 2026 - PresentBuilt a customer churn prediction pipeline on 500K+ e-commerce transactions using RF RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) on raw, unlabeled data. Trained an XGBoost classifier and prevented data leakage by using only pre-cutoff behavior. Used SHAP for model explainability, then converted model outputs into a business case targeting the top 10% at-risk customers. Estimated net revenue impact with ROI sensitivity analysis.
Data Science Project (Employee Attrition Prediction) at IBM HR Analytics (Kaggle)
January 8, 2026 - PresentDeveloped an employee attrition classification model using the IBM HR Analytics dataset (1,470 records, 30+ features). Compared Logistic Regression and Random Forest, addressed class imbalance (84/16 split) via stratified sampling and class-weighted training. Achieved 0.80 ROC-AUC and 62% recall for the minority (attrition) class with Logistic Regression at the default decision threshold; Logistic Regression outperformed Random Forest (0.76 ROC-AUC, 9% recall).
