Referring to P&ID/PFD/schematic drawings and carrying out 3D BIM modeling for MEP and process systems based on received inputs. Analyzing technical requirements as per relevant international standards (CP 52, NFPA, SS) and preparing asset libraries/material-based parts and families. Keying civil details including cast-in pipes, plinth requirements, and wall/floor openings/sleeves via extraction of 2D CAD and updates based on client comments. Performing detailed and preliminary modeling for wastewater treatment piping systems (frontal, distribution, interconnection piping), including overhead pipe racks and supports while coordinating with other services. Creating 3D BIM models for plumbing (water supply, drainage, vent, and process piping), and preparing annotation/tagging and construction drawings aligned to deliverable schedules. Producing clash reports and resolving issues through weekly coordination with BIM coordinators and clients.
