Co-founded and scaled a 3PL order fulfilment business from one to four warehouses across two locations. Built and implemented processes across invoicing, client onboarding, HR, supplier management, warehouse operations, and inventory control. Managed over 25 client relationships end-to-end, tailoring DTC and B2B fulfilment processes (including strict retailer compliance) and establishing SLAs for order processing, despatch, and reverse logistics/returns. Oversaw WMS-led inventory management and stock accuracy, launched new warehouse facilities end-to-end, led demand planning and forecasting, and negotiated courier performance and rate changes during peak periods.
