Provide advisory and design/coordination support for housing projects. Responsible for design & planning, project management, and coordination with Structural and MEP consultants. Performs drawing checks (in-house and with external consultants) and supports project briefing, iteration for consultant deliverables, and alignment of drawings for next phases.

Manage project coordination from design stage through consultant workflows and soft-launch preparation. Coordinate with architectural, structural and MEP consultants; prepare project brief for consultants. Perform drawing checking for agreement, marketing drawings, landowner approvals, and RAJUK drawings. Prepare observation sheets from multiple wings (marketing, landowner, in-house architects, etc.) and deliver notes for next-phase revisions. Support materials selection and control internal team activities including junior architects, visualizers, and interior designers; coordinate regularly with the chairman/directors.
