Produced BIM-based architectural documentation for 80+ government buildings using ArchiCAD under the BMIS project, and coordinated data collection as part of a 4-member team. Supported urban planning strategies for the Janakpur–Bardibas corridor through collaboration with a team of 8 professionals and 22 municipalities. Conducted building surveys and prepared retrofitting drawings for Nepal’s 1st Parliament Building restoration to align with heritage preservation and seismic resilience requirements. Designed a municipal building for Janakpur and additional residential/commercial complexes (concept to documentation). Led community-based retrofitting work in rural Dolpa by training and coordinating local teams for earthquake-resistant construction methods.
