In the past 10 years, I was employed as Financial Controller for companies in Germany as well as in the UAE. In 2023, I finalized my master’s in business administration with specialization of Finances and new Financial Technologies for worldwide German-speaking companies. Ever since, I was working with great joy as Finance Manager in the Real Estate Industry. My responsibilities ranged from controlling the rolling budgets, approving salary payments via WPS, checking accruals and provisions, updating the running cashflow, setting up the annual budget as well as the rolling forecast. Moreover, I analysed the variances between budgeted and actual financial income, the P&L statement, balance sheet and cashflow statement. The skill of implementing a new accounting software for an operating company, I applied in my last position at DG Homes. Herewith obstacles were eliminated before major impacts occurred. Weekly updates with the local software ambassador were implemented by my actions and resulted in a fruitful execution of the project. Additionally, key trends in Accounting software was the topic of my master thesis in 2023.
