Doctoral Researcher at HydroSciences Montpellier (IRD / CNRS / Université de Montpellier)

Worked on ANR CROQUIS and EU Horizon 2020 MSCA STARWARS projects. Designed and deployed SewerNet, an OWL ontology for the sewer-network domain using competency-question-driven ontology engineering. Built a canonical integration pipeline over heterogeneous municipal GIS and relational sources using PostgreSQL/PostGIS, Ontop (OBDA) declarative mappings, and a SPARQL/GeoSPARQL query layer. Materialised integrated RDF graphs into Neo4j for efficient Cypher querying and path analysis. Reconciled multilingual provider taxonomies (EN/FR/IT/AR) into a reference terminology mapped to the ontology. Developed graph-theoretic methods to reconstruct missing network topology (absent entities and relationships) and validated them on the Montpellier Métropole dataset. Performed data quality assessment/correction and reconciliation across providers and time periods; evaluated approaches including LLM-assisted generation/filtering of competency questions against expert-labelled reference sets.
