Designed, developed, and maintained a scalable component library across the Larine brand ecosystem. Collaborated with the CRO Manager to optimise storefront user experience and improve Average Order Value and conversion performance. Created user-focused solutions balancing brand identity, usability, and commercial objectives, while streamlining reusable UI systems and cross-functional workflows. Employment ended due to a corporate restructure that resulted in the closure of two full departments.

Led the end-to-end redesign of Shopify landing pages and complete store flows for The Covent Garden, Martel+Ram, and Oz Canopies. Conducted client onboarding sessions to understand user and stakeholder needs. Created and improved components to enhance store experiences, visual consistency, and alignment with company strategy.

Led end-to-end redesigns of landing pages, store flows, and checkout experiences. Contributed to increasing Average Order Value from $149 to $399, improving landing page checkout flows, increasing category visibility, and reducing cart abandonment to below 30% in the Build Your Baerskin flow. Applied data-driven UX strategies and A/B testing, conducted qualitative and quantitative research, collaborated with developers and stakeholders, and analysed performance metrics to guide ongoing optimisation.
