Produced technical specifications and provided on-site construction supervision. Coordinated with engineering teams on electrical and mechanical systems for HVAC services. Led MEP coordination for diagnostic units including Neurology (Floor 4), Ultrasound & CT Scan (Floor 1), drafting technical plans for specialized medical gas routing and precision HVAC in high-tech medical environments. Managed structural and electromechanical clash detection across medical equipment, mechanical systems, HVAC units, and lighting layouts to reduce field errors and support accurate installations.

Delivered architectural design, drafting, and rendering for residential and kitchen renovation projects, optimizing spatial layouts for both functionality and aesthetics. Conducted direct site supervision and quality control through field inspections to ensure execution and interior finishes complied with strict technical specifications and company quality standards.
