Led the complete frontend rebuild of the INSITE OOH platform from scratch (v3). Rebuilt the UI using Laravel 12 with Livewire/Flux and Tailwind CSS v4, delivering a modular Blade component system with a clean separation between layout and business logic. Also implemented an equivalent Vanilla JavaScript version for zero-dependency, performance-critical deployments. Built a persistent site-wide Dark Mode system across UI components. Additionally, developed an interactive DOOH inventory map using Leaflet.js and MapTiler (2D/3D), consuming a REST API to render dynamic markers, support DOOH/static filtering, and provide hover/click popups with loading states. Created an admin control panel for non-technical configuration of map behavior (center, zoom, icon sets, and API endpoints), and authored two custom GSAP plugins: a scroll-triggered logo animation plugin and a scroll-sequenced image animation plugin.
