I’m Kimberly Moore, a design and construction project manager based in Houston, where I help residential and commercial clients move from concept to completion with clear planning, strong communication, and reliable onsite execution. I lead projects across design development, space planning and furniture layouts, material/finish selections, and architectural plan interpretation—then coordinate procurement, vendors, and contractors to keep everything aligned with the scope, budget, and schedule. Across my 20+ projects ranging from $10,000 to $1.4 million, I’m at my best managing the details that make builds run smoothly: milestone tracking, purchase orders and change orders, documentation, site visits and installations, quality control, and punch lists through closeout. I also enjoy partnering closely with clients and stakeholders so decisions stay timely and the final results meet expectations.
