I’m Joel Fletcher, an aspiring creative with hands-on experience in TV production and filmmaking, and through my work at KMTV (a local Kent based news network) have developed my skills further. At KMTV my role was Production Assistant where I helped with the creation and management of KMTV content. This involved many aspects of TV Production: Filming, Editing, Scriptwriting, Management, Presenting and Live Gallery work. KMTV shows that I have been a part of: ‘Kent Tonight’, ‘Made in Kent’, ‘The Kent Politics Show’ and ‘Kent Film Club’ I also developed strong leadership and management skills when running the show 'Made in Kent', where I was in charge of team coordination across filming, editing and reaching out to contacts weekly.
