I’m Natasha Cooper, a motivated 23-year-old studying Health and Social Care and currently in my second year at Lincoln Bishop University. I enjoy working with people, building rapport quickly, and creating a friendly, supportive atmosphere where others feel comfortable and understood. Through my experience as a support worker and classroom/nursery volunteering, I’ve developed strong communication skills and learned how to adapt my approach to meet different needs. I’m also active in community roles, including volunteering at a social club where I handle money, manage customer interactions, and prepare drinks, as well as taking part in St John’s Ambulance and Riding for the Disabled activities. I’m confident, caring, and empathetic, and I take pride in being reliable, working well in a team, and stepping up when needed. I’m looking for a welcoming, varied opportunity where I can contribute, keep learning, and make a real difference.
