I am a dedicated administrative and IT professional from Uganda with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a strong foundation in technical support, networking, systems administration, and customer service. I enjoy solving problems, supporting teams, and using technology to make day-to-day operations more efficient. My experience includes maintaining computer systems, training users, managing digital communications, and handling administrative responsibilities across educational, community, business, government, and financial services environments.
