I’m Sophia Rothwell, a Film Production student who graduated with a 1st. During my time studying I have grown to understand how much teamwork, planning, and careful problem-solving go into filmmaking. I’m friendly, approachable, and honest, and I’m comfortable focusing on a task while also knowing when to ask for help. My studies have strengthened my self-reliance and my ability to work smoothly with a crew. Through production-focused experience—handling set needs, assisting with risk assessments and actor/crew waivers, and supporting shoots and events—I’ve built confidence with film set organization, communication, and Google/office workflows, as well as editing tools like Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve.
