Led end-to-end UX/UI ownership across five complex B2B SaaS platforms, partnering across Design, Product, and Engineering to ensure user needs shaped product planning and delivery. Drove 30% broker CRM adoption in the first week of launch through a full redesign of fragmented legacy screens.
