I’m Ziyi Lin, a UI and UX designer with a strong research mindset shaped by an Industrial Design background and my MSc in Design & Innovation at DTU. I’m especially interested in design research at the intersection of human-computer interaction and sustainability, and I enjoy turning user insights into clear interaction flows, visual systems, and prototypes that teams can build and test. In my recent experience, I’ve improved onboarding and content structure for platform learning and training journeys through user interviews, observations, and behavioral data.
