I’m GHINWA BOU FADEL, an architect based in El Matn, Lebanon, focused on BIM workflows and high-accuracy project delivery. I convert scan data into BIM models using Recap point clouds and Revit, develop execution and as-built plans at high LOD, and export models to IFC for clean coordination and visualization in BIMvision. I also support coordination through clash detection using Navisworks and help keep documentation and approvals organized through platforms like BIM 360 and Aconex. Alongside BIM and coordination, I bring strong hands-on architecture experience—from restoration and conservation documentation to detailed detailing like timber cladding systems and Revit-based shop drawings.
