I’m an electrical engineering graduate based in Kampala, Uganda, with hands-on experience designing and prototyping industrial electronics, power systems, and embedded/mixed-signal hardware. I enjoy turning technical requirements into reliable real-world solutions—whether that’s PCB design in Altium, signal integrity work, or developing microcontroller/embedded firmware in C/C++.
In my current role as an Electronics Design Engineer, I support end-to-end engineering work for products such as solar chargers, power converters, and offline DC power supply boards, including schematic capture, multilayer PCB layout, Gerber generation, and system prototyping. I also bring a background in oil and gas electrical maintenance and embedded system development, which helps me approach projects with both design depth and strong practical troubleshooting instincts.

Lead multilayer PCB design and layout using Altium, generate Gerber files for fabrication, and support prototyping. Work on power transformer design and fabrication, solar charger design and prototyping, and power converter design and prototyping. Perform signal integrity testing and develop microcontroller firmware in C/C++ to meet system requirements.
Designed microprocessor/microcontroller-based embedded systems with schematic capture and PCB design using Altium or Proteus. Generated Gerber files for PCB fabrication, programmed microcontrollers in C/C++ to implement system requirements, and supported product prototyping. Contributed to solar power systems sizing, design, and installations, as well as power converter design and prototyping.
