Designed and implemented AI automation for business processes using n8n, LLM APIs, RAG, and integrations via REST APIs and webhooks. Built solutions such as an AI sales assistant that connects Telegram, a CRM, and an LLM for lead qualification, proposal generation, objection handling, and service mailings, with vector-based retrieval from company data using Supabase/pgvector. Also developed a Telegram-based AI city guide that gathers user inputs and generates day-by-day itineraries with an LLM and integrates with Yandex Maps. Handled requirements gathering and translated them into workflow architecture; built n8n workflows with branching logic, retries, and error handling; connected external services through HTTP requests and webhooks; and deployed self-hosted n8n in Docker.

Designed end-to-end enterprise architectures for custom integration solutions based on ACD/Labs products, including system boundaries, data models, and API specifications. Led technical discussions with customers to collect, analyze, and formalize business and system requirements. Assigned tasks to developers based on design documentation, reviewed results, and ensured implementation matched the architecture. Produced detailed technical documentation (DPDs, architecture guidelines, API specifications, developer guides), supported delivery activities including UAT, and resolved critical integration issues on the customer side. Also worked on projects involving AWS cloud integration and data exchange, and search/export workflows from Elasticsearch in AWS.

Developed and optimized integration logic and modules connecting ACD/Labs solutions with customers’ enterprise systems. Designed and implemented algorithms for processing chemical and biological analytical data. Performed code reviews, refactoring, and mentoring of junior developers. Collaborated with QA and software architects to ensure compliance with GxP and pharmaceutical quality requirements; worked with strict regulatory standards in the pharmaceutical domain.
