Led the day-to-day creative direction and operations of a self-owned creative business focused on florals and bridal accessories. Designed and produced bespoke floral arrangements, bridal fans, and handcrafted bridal accessories. Communicated with clients to understand requirements and deliver customized products. Planned and managed orders from concept through production, presentation, and completion, including production planning, product presentation, and order fulfillment. Developed new product ideas and learned new craft techniques and creative tools to improve quality and variety of offerings.

Performed general office and administrative duties during national service, including assisting with documentation and routine office processes. Supported the issuing of roadworthiness-related documentation and helped with customer-facing administrative activities. Built experience in document handling, office support tasks, and professional interaction with clients.

Completed practical training in curtain design and installation. Gained hands-on experience in curtain measurement, preparation, design, and installation. Also developed practical knowledge of interior styling and decorative presentation.
