Set up and managed test environments, created and refactored test scenarios/cases, and assessed requirements for testability. Led testing for Windows Enterprise security features (e.g., WDAG, BitLocker, identity features, TPM, Smartcards/biometrics), coordinated with development teams on builds, and produced monthly test reporting and metrics. Managed teams and device operations through Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Intune, including creation of virtual machines and Windows Server installations for team enablement.

Mobilized voters for biometric registration, explained registration steps, collected and verified voter details (name, ID, voter card number) and captured voter identity electronically. Issued ballot papers, marked voters as having voted, ensured security of election materials, and managed queues by directing voters to correct polling stations. Led a team responsible for biometric voter registration and helped remove redundancy in biometric data and workflows.

Provided PC installs, upgrades, and maintenance; handled troubleshooting including system crashes, slowdowns, and data recovery; supported staff and students with network and desktop support. Supported over 90 users across six computer laboratories, monitored networked devices, and provided recommendations for ICT and lab improvements. Contributed to Wi-Fi installation and CCTV installation activities and taught students basic networking concepts aligned with Cisco exam preparation.
