Farzad Shafai

Hi, I’m Farzad Shafai, a visual storyteller with over 16 years of experience in photography, 13 years in cinematography, and 11 years in film editing. Originally from Iran, I’ve been living in Europe since 2021 and currently call Gothenburg, Sweden, my home. I love creating emotionally resonant visuals, whether through motion or still images, and have worked extensively in documentary and narrative films.

Beyond film, I bring a decade of graphic design experience and several years in UI/UX design, blending creativity with user-centered thinking. I’m passionate about translating complex ideas into clear and engaging stories, collaborating across cultures and industries to make meaningful visual impacts.
