Ocean Valley Yoga Retreat in Portugal

Five unforgettable days surrounded by nature’s valley trails and ocean cliffs, held between the stillness of the land and the rhythm of the sea.

What a gift it was to share this space with such a beautiful group of souls. We came together for yoga and meditation, but what blossomed was so much more… A tender unfolding. A return to simplicity. A deeper kind of presence.

We shared moments of joy, spaciousness, and connection — 🧘‍♀️ paddle-boarding along quiet waters, 🌲 wandering barefoot through the pine tree forest, 🌬 sitting with the breeze at the edge of the cliffs, and 🎶 surrendering to sound healing that touched something beyond words. Nature held us in her arms, and we softened.

This retreat reminded us that letting go is not a sharp release — it’s a gentle, gradual unraveling.
Like a path winding through the valley.
Like waves reshaping the shoreline, one breath at a time.
Letting go is a practice of trust, not force.

And the storms we’ve weathered? They don’t break us.
They root us more deeply — steady and unseen — so we can rise with greater clarity and grace.

I’m endlessly grateful to the team who helped bring this vision to life —
📸 the soulful photography and video that captured our shared moments with care,
🎵 the transformative sound healing that guided us inward, and of course…
👩‍🍳 our vibrant chef, who filled our days with nourishing, intentional meals — each dish infused with love, laughter, and presence.

To those feeling the call — I would be honoured to welcome you into a future retreat. More gatherings are on their way, each one an invitation to rest, reconnect, and return to your true self.

Sometimes the most spiritual thing you can do is have FUN! ✨

    With gratitude and love,

Nicole ♡ & the Ocean Valley Retreat Team
