I had the great opportunity to collaborate with the amazing team at Motionographer on these promotional videos for the Motion Awards 2020.
It was an incredible experience thanks to the creative freedom involved in the project. They selected a group of animators from around the world and gave us full artistic control. The brief was simple: “We want to use black, white, and gold — the rest is up to you.”
I truly enjoyed making these videos, and it was an honor to be selected by Motionographer. Special thanks to my friend Leonardo Mendez for his outstanding work on the sound design.
Síclo is a brand of stationary bikes that has developed special workout routines accessible from any screen or mobile device.
In addition, they’ve added other training disciplines such as Boxing, Yoga, and Zumba.
We created ads for social media and designed graphics for the app — a variety of images and animations to give the brand a unique and fresh style.
Pablo Diaz from LIMINAL Studio, a good friend of mine, invited me to collaborate on this project for a Netflix series directed by Diego Luna called “Todo va a estar bien.”
The main idea was to explain the issues surrounding traditional marriage, narrated by an exhausted wife — all from the setting of a jail cell.
The final edit is longer than what I’m sharing here; this is just the animation I worked on.

In this promotional video, they wanted to celebrate a popular and heartwarming occasion; Father’s Day.
The concept was to portray a lifelong father-son relationship. Through funny and classic situations, we see how a father has always been there, supporting his son.
Oasis Cannabis is a company that produces cannabis-infused candies as its main product.
Their philosophy is simple: get high and have a good time. That’s why every Saturday, they invite a guest to curate a music playlist, which they post on Instagram under the name “Saturday Night Hi-Fi.”
These IDs were created as intros for that music segment. The creative direction was completely open, the only guideline was to explore an abstract 80s style. The more experimental, the better.
It was a really fun experience to work on.
CIMMYT is a non-profit international agricultural research and training organization focused on two of the world’s most important cereal grains: maize and wheat — along with related cropping systems and livelihoods.
I created an informative video about pests that threaten not only crops, but also the heritage and economy of thousands of farmers around the world.
La Máscara is a TV show where a variety of masked singers compete, each character full of textures and personality.
I was commissioned to create some 3D numbers and still backgrounds for promotional spots.
Everything was modeled and textured from scratch. Each number was designed to reflect a specific character by incorporating elements and visual cues from their costumes.
Ejido Verde is an NGO dedicated to supporting and empowering Indigenous communities in Michoacán, Mexico.
They finance pine reforestation on community-owned lands, helping to educate local and native populations on how to manage and improve the sustainable use of their territory.
Personally, it was an honor and a pleasure to be part of this project. Contributing to the well-being of regional communities and promoting environmental care is always a rewarding experience.
