As a co-founder of Hidden Trails, I have been part of a small, passionate student team building a travel startup from scratch that highlights the hidden gems of the Gegharkunik region through unique day and overnight trips. Our team conducted comprehensive market research and analysis to understand our audience and position our offerings effectively, including customer surveys, competitor analysis, SWOT assessments, audience segmentation, and applying classic marketing frameworks such as the 4Ps. I focused on leading parts of marketing and branding efforts, creating the visual identity, social media content, and ad campaigns communicating our values of sustainability and authentic experiences.
