I am an award-winning San Francisco-based composer, pianist, producer, and educator. I have released 21 CDs and perform nationally and internationally in poetic jazz, new age, and world music. I enjoy collaborating on meaningful projects such as "What ifWe?" about sea level rise, which was premiered by the band COPUS. I have been maintaining a private music studio for students aged 5 to 96 since 2002, teaching piano, beginning guitar, music theory, and percussion. Throughout my career, I have received multiple ASCAP awards and have been recognized by various prestigious organizations including the Hollywood Music and Media Awards. I have performed in notable venues like The Bitter End in Manhattan and the San Francisco Jazz Center. My work extends to film music, currently composing for a documentary on mixed martial arts, including a feature song where I created both lyrics and music. I also co-founded COPUS Multimedia, an independent label, with poet Royal Kent, presenting original works across the U.S.
