First, creating intuitive designs that fit whatever demographic I'm appealing to. Versatility because I am comfortable adapting to different sensibilities quickly, assessing what needs to be done, and tailoring a visual vocabulary to meet those needs. And speed, because I am fast. Very fast. My immediate supervisor at Cosmo called me "The million-layout man" because of how quickly I turned out finished projects.
