Hi, I’m Jiangyi Lai, a UX/UI designer passionate about creating intuitive and effective design solutions that enhance user experiences. With hands-on experience in user research, usability testing, and interactive prototyping, I enjoy collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into user-centric designs. Currently, I’m pursuing my Master’s in Communication & Information Science with a focus on New Media Design at Tilburg University.
