Specialised in producing 2D, 3D, and Mixed Media Animation projects for global brands, advertising agencies, and production companies. Delivered compelling content across animation, AI, digital media, social platforms, and live action shoots. Managed projects from inception to completion, overseeing all stages from pre-production through post-production. Responsibilities included hiring and managing teams, budget preparation, scheduling, feedback, editing, audio, and final delivery. Experience includes producing BAFTA award-winning children’s series and animated commercial campaigns.

Advised and helped develop a project transforming existing branded channel idents into a full CGI series. Involved compiling budget and schedule information for a pilot moving towards production.

Managed and oversaw all production areas during the transition from live action to CGI animation. Responsibilities included sourcing and recruiting production staff, studios, and talent. Liaised daily with animation studio producers and directors, managed budgets, scripts, schedules, design approvals, storyboards, animatics, and animation tests. Ensured all commercial-related needs were met and implemented new working procedures. Also supervised live action interstitials and home entertainment DVD distribution content, including travel for production meetings in Canada.
