    Roosevelt Engine Company 2 – Custom Artwork Process For the Roosevelt Engine Company 2 project, I first spoke with the customer to understand their vision for the artwork, including the fire engine, firefighter character, lettering, and overall hot-rod-inspired style. Based on our discussions, I created an initial rough sketch showing the composition and design direction. I sent the sketch to the customer for approval and made any requested changes before moving forward. Once the sketch was approved, I hand-drew and inked the final illustration, carefully developing the firefighter, fire engine, lettering, mechanical details, and action-oriented composition. I then photographed the finished inked artwork and brought it into Adobe Photoshop, where I digitally added the colors, shading, highlights, shadows, and additional details. This created the finished, polished illustration while retaining the look and character of my original hand-drawn artwork. After completing the coloring and digital finishing, I sent the finished Roosevelt Engine Company 2 artwork to the customer for final approval. Once approved, I prepared the final digital files and uploaded them so the customer could easily download the completed artwork for their intended use. This project combined traditional hand-drawn illustration with digital coloring and finishing, while keeping the customer involved throughout the entire creative process.…
