Hello! I’m Samira Badami, a passionate Textile Designer from Tehran with a deep appreciation for traditional Iranian clothing and cultural heritage. I love combining historical narratives with modern design techniques to create meaningful and sustainable textile art. Throughout my academic journey and work experience, I have immersed myself in fabric printing techniques, fiber science, and sustainable fashion.
I’m motivated by preserving cultural heritage through my designs and enjoy exploring both the microscopic world and material culture. When I’m not designing, you might find me playing guitar or watching ethnographic films that deepen my understanding of cultures worldwide.
