Smiltė Mačytė

I am a calm but determined young leader actively involved in various community and volunteer initiatives. Over the years, I have developed strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills through roles such as president of the Mažeikiai Interact club and as a MEPA ambassador at my gymnasium. I enjoy collaborating with diverse groups, managing teams, and contributing to impactful projects.

My experience includes organizing youth conferences, participating in Erasmus+ projects, and working with Rotary clubs internationally. I am proactive, a quick learner, and always eager to improve my skills and explore innovations that broaden my competencies across different fields.
