    Role: Product Manager & Strategic Lead – go1gospel App

    As the Product Manager and Strategic Lead for go1gospel, I oversee the end-to-end development and growth of the gospel-focused music streaming platform. My role involves:

    Defining the product vision and roadmap in alignment with the company’s mission to promote gospel music and empower creators.

    Leading cross-functional teams (design, development, content, marketing) to deliver a seamless user experience for both artists and listeners.

    Managing feature development, from ideation and wireframing to testing and iteration, ensuring user needs and market demands are met.

    Driving user acquisition and engagement through strategic marketing campaigns, partnerships, and data-informed decisions.

    Working directly with gospel artists and creators to onboard content, gather feedback, and support monetization features like fan support and content promotion tools.

    Ensuring scalability and sustainability of the app through revenue model development, including subscription plans, ads integration, and performance tracking.

    At go1gospel, I combine my background in product management, digital marketing, and music industry experience to build a platform that not only serves the gospel music community but also fosters spiritual and creative growth.
