Hi, I’m Alua Nurmukhan, a passionate software development student currently pursuing my Bachelor’s degree at WSB Merito University in Gdansk. I have hands-on experience working as an intern back-end developer where I’ve optimized platforms, worked with Django ORM, raw SQL, Docker, and NoSQL databases like MongoDB. I’m highly motivated to grow my programming skills and enjoy working collaboratively in teams using tools like Git and Jira.
Alongside development, I’ve also worked as an audio post-tester, improving voice bot interactions by detecting and reporting errors. My background includes completing Cisco’s Python Essentials courses and deepening my knowledge of algorithms and discrete mathematics. I’m eager to contribute to innovative software projects and continue learning new technologies.

Optimized a post-testing platform by fixing bugs and adding automation features such as hotkeys, search optimization, and error checklists, boosting daily audio processing by 1.5x. Collaborated in a team environment using Git, Jira, Confluence, and Figma. Gained experience with Django ORM, wrote raw SQL queries, and used Docker with Docker Compose. Worked with MongoDB and helped define correct BSON structure for collections.
Tested the quality of client interaction with a voice bot by identifying errors in intents, audio, natural language understanding (NLU), automatic speech recognition (ASR), text-to-speech (TTS), translations, and script deviations. Detected 2-3 errors per recording, leading to improvement of model accuracy from 0.66 to 0.15 Word Error Rate (WER).
