About

I am a results-driven Data Analyst and Automation Developer with 3 years of experience turning complex data into actionable insights to drive business outcomes. I have built ITSM automation solutions using Python, JavaScript, and Amelia (IPsoft), working closely with stakeholders to improve service operations.

I have mentored 10+ developers in Power BI, improved report delivery efficiency by 15%, and designed end-to-end ETL pipelines with Python and GitLab CI/CD. I also built dashboards and data flows in Power BI and Azure Blob Storage, and I enjoy turning data into compelling visuals that tell the story behind the numbers.
