Hi, I’m Eutropio Rodríguez-Varela, a documentary photographer and educator based in Santiago de Compostela, Spain. Since 1994 I have worked as a professional photographer and published work for international outlets such as Rolling Stone and The New York Times. I’m passionate about telling compelling stories through images and sharing knowledge with the next generation of photographers. My training spans documentary photography, art history, and languages, with studies at the International Center of Photography in New York, the University of Santiago de Compostela, and the Official School of Foreign Languages.
