I’m Nicole Maron, a facilitator, writer, researcher, and problem-solver who makes order from chaos. After a career of wrestling with tech companies to make technology easier to use and more helpful to humans, I now focus on direct public good by partnering with government agencies, nonprofits, and charities to remove obstacles, streamline processes, and achieve better outcomes for everyone. I excel at collaborating with teammates at all levels, clarifying goals, discovering and balancing stakeholder priorities, and turning insights into clear strategic plans that optimize tasks and workflows.

My strengths include uncovering themes and patterns, unifying teams around actionable roadmaps, and designing efficient task flows. I enjoy working with diverse organizations to remove blockers and drive tangible outcomes, from government and education to nonprofits and advocacy groups.
