Built an experience that enabled 80% of users to confidently accept AI-suggested contract fields within the first 2 minutes of reviewing. Worked in product trios with PMs and engineers to shape strategy and prioritization, using tools like OSTs and Assumption Mapping to ensure user-centric decision making. Helped with the whole design system revamp, enhancing consistency, accessibility, and design efficiency.
