Redesigned the agency hiring process by replacing paper-based requests with an online InfoPath/SharePoint system with electronic sign-off. Re-designed resource forecast and actual metrics reporting, easing managers' workloads across FMC Europe. Implemented a rate increase process for agency staff and developed SharePoint sites providing centralized team information. Managed day-to-day contractor/agency issues with European suppliers and resources in Asia Pacific. Implemented AWR/12-week rule monitoring in Europe and handled metrics reporting for Europe and North America.

Responsible for business planning in Ford Credit IT, including application reporting to executive levels, process and application implementation, and process improvement. Managed the Request for System Services process and crisis management system tracking IT downtime. Maintained system registration and application availability metrics, compiled monthly reports to senior management, and managed time/project management reporting. Constructed IT Operating Review material for the Executive Board and developed materials for bi-annual employee meetings. Planned data for Directors Workshops and maintained the IT training budget. Installed hearing systems and learned British Sign Language to support deaf awareness initiatives, winning Ford's Chairman's Leadership Award for Diversity in Europe twice.

Managed all training needs for Ford Credit IT at the UK head office. Developed individual training plans following full training needs analysis, enhancing technical and personal development. Developed and installed a multimedia training area and network-based training room. Created training metrics to report on needs and delivery costs. Trained in Six Sigma methodologies to Green Belt level and completed two Green Belt projects to improve training processes. Subject matter expert for hearing systems for the deaf and negotiated with training providers for quality and cost-effective training. Authored and delivered various training courses, including interview skills and time management, receiving Ford Chairman's Leadership Award for Diversity in Europe for deaf awareness work.
