Led creative and educational camp programs by implementing organized and effective lesson plans, incorporating the YMCA core values of honesty, responsibility, care, respect, and faith. Ensured safe, comfortable, and fun classroom and camp environments for students. Acted as a liaison between parents, students (aged 3 to 12), and the Associate Executive Director. Managed camp with co-teachers by taking attendance; keeping the camp clean and organized; maintaining preparedness, adherence, and flexibility, as needed, in daily lesson plans; and ensuring the safety of each student.

Designed and managed website using Wix’s domain host and monitored site analytics. Wrote and edited copy for websites, social media, and advertising. Directed and managed social media accounts, posts, and engagement. Managed outreach and networking to build member community and increase business traffic.

Taught sections of Introductory Film Studies and Ethnic Studies courses three times per week. Prepared and led in-class activities, discussions, and online Canvas course site, prioritizing active learning pedagogy. Recorded attendance, evaluated student participation, and graded student work, utilizing rubrics. Met consistently with supervisors, held weekly office hours for student support, and promptly communicated with students and supervisors about the course via email.
